New monument on Stary Rynek
After the initial ground work which kept the public in suspense of what it would be, the new monument on Stary Rynek was finally unveiled in late July. It's Mars and he sits proudly on the north west corner of the square with water gushing around him, crouching and with a spear in his hand. A monument now stands on every corner of the Rynek.
