Gourmet fusion cuisine has found Poznan, in none other than this posh restaurant in the Sheraton Hotel. The open kitchen blends European taste with oriental exotic in dishes that are as creative as they are tasty. Fusion serves breakfast, including both buffet and a la carte dishes, lunch and dinner. Fans of a good merlot or chardonnay can reserve a seat in the Wine Tower and find themselves in a kingdom of wines, featuring some of the best vintages from all over the world.

Good place to eat. The food was really great, but the service could have been a bit faster....!

It's a rather good restaurant - one of the better ones in the city, and I enjoy going here whenever I am over on business - which is more and more these days!
