Poland's cuisine has traditionally been fairly heavy on meat, but here's one place in Poznań where you can be absolutely sure that everything on offer is suitable for vegans.
The emphasis is very much on fresh, which extends to everything on the menu at Kwadrat. Coffee and tea are freshly brewed, cakes are freshly baked, waffles freshly grilled... and there is a range of salads, milk shakes, drinks and soups.
But, above it all, one of the favourites that gets everyone coming back to Kwadrat is the ice cream. Meat eaters welcome too. |
