There's a touch of debate in Poland, from both sides, about whether it's possible to be both Jewish and Polish at once, while favouring neither over the other.
At Cymes, that debate seems to have been laid to rest - at least in the menu. For it is here that the influences of both worlds come together very much for the greater good.
