Vine Bridge

|
Vine Bridge is somewhat of an anomaly, combining old-fashioned ideas about food and service with thoroughly modern cooking methods - which together have created what could only be described as a 'new' Polish cuisine.
On the traditional side, it's all about the flavours and combinations of real ingredients, and a certainty that simple and familiar is best.
While Vine Bridge is certainly not averse to centuries-old methods of food preparation - baking breads using traditional ovens, for example, its chefs are also adept at bringing new ideas to the kitchen, and serving up a delightful fusion of the past and the present. |
