Cocorico

|
Perhaps with a touch more Paris than Poznań, Cocorico's combined cafe and restaurant offering is nevertheless one of the gems of the city, and has an olde worlde Polish charm all of its own.
It is located in a house that dates back to 1780, which has been carefully and lovingly restored to show off the best of its old features.
In the restaurant, tuck into some gloriously Polish classics built around potato, herring, meat and salads, or try something a little more exotic, such as the salmon braised in olive oil.
Of course, this being a cafe too, there's no need to go the whole hog if you're just looking for a light bite - simply step across the patio and order the coffee and cake of your choice. |
