Chlopskie Jadlo

|
Whether in Warsaw, Krakow or other Polish cities, Chlopskie Jadlo has long been a symbol of quality food in a rustic and fun atmosphere. Now, a branch of the popular restaurant has finally come to Poznan, and with it such Polish favourites as pierogi (dumplings), barszcz (borch soup), and nalesniki (crepes), as well as a variety of meat and seafood dishes. For those eager to try something really Polish (and a bit odd, we must admit), every meal at Chlopskie Jadlo begins with an appetizer of bread and szmalec, which is a spread made of bacon fat. Yummier than it sounds! |
