"To jeszcze nic. Ostatnio bylem w restauracji La Scalla w Poznaniu. Omijajcie La Scalle !!!!! w Poznaniu bo to dorobkiewiczowy lokal. "

"It's a rather good restaurant - one of the better ones in the city, and I enjoy going here whenever I am over on business - which is more and more these days!"

"Sports bar? would not put the England France rugby match on for me and my friends even though the place was empty, we found a bar called coxy's instead owned by an English guy and ended up having a top night."

"Went there to try and watch a Liverpool match recently only to be told it was closed, went back at the weekend and the same again. We were told until recently there had been an English guy in charge but since he left the place is always closed. Will not be going back again."

"Very good meats and sauces.Just up the road from the old Market Place.Pity that there are not more non-smoking tables, but this is a problem all over Poland-probably Poland will introduce a smoking ban in future-being debated in Parliament shortly."

"this place has it all. we were in poznan early sept for two days and spent nearly a full day there. the food was good. you pay a little more for eating on the rynek than restaraunts further out but it was worth it. It looks like one of the livelest places in the city, the bar is nice but downstairs is the party is. is was pretty full when we were there and a good atmosphere and some beautiful ladys :)"

"Hi, i have been living in Poznan for some months now. My sister arranged a meeting for me at D.W. and I must say, that I have been addicted to this place since. This place have everything that you need. I have been at the restaurant many times, and every time it has been a great experience, very good food and extremly good vine. So this is a top place to visit in every way. Ps: I will continue visiting this place."

"Any foreigners going to this pub should be careful about being over-charged. They have a nasty habit of adding a few extra drinks on to your bill, if you are not paying attention. Also reservations mean nothing, if friends of the owners want your table you will be asked to leave or will turn up to find out you have no reservation. Sadly both of these examples are true. Brought some English friends there, they were disgusted that when we complained to the owner, he simply turned his back and walked off."

"Hey, i am a med student here in poznan; for all the foreigners in our program. Dom Vikingow is the best foreigner friendly place in poznan. They know how to treat you right. On occasion there may be a bitchy waitress;rarely; and they are hot regardless. The food is great, fine dinning upstairs, futbol matches on plasma screens. We all love it there, and visit a few times a week. They accommodate to our tastes. I think i would flip if this place wasn't in poznan. "

"Very good, tasty and reasonably priced oriental food in nice setting. The Duck dishes are their speciality.Service is a bit slow when they are full at weekends and Fridays afternoons ,so best to book then.Nice to have the air conditioning in the Summer and when it gets a bit fuggy with smoke.Pity they still allow smoking these days (at smoking tables),as it still drifts over to the non smokers and spoils the atmosphere and taste of the food. The Jasmine tea is very good as are the apple fritters with honey,if you can fit them in after such a large meal of various tasty delights!"
