Brovaria

Brovaria is one of the more upmarket venues on Stary Rynek. The main attraction here is the onsite microbrewery, which is proudly on display in the dining area at the rear of the building. Try the house 'Jasne' or push the boat out and try the honey beer. Beer enthusiasts will not be disappointed! This isn't everything to Brovaria though. The restaurant is quite capable of turning out some great dishes at a range of prices, and the service always comes with a smile. If you need a bed for the night, the Brovaria Hotel promises to be every bit as impressive as the drinking and dining areas.

My 3 day dreaded trip to Poznan proved unfounded,it turned out to be a very pleasant surpise.
Wonderful people and the food and drink were amazing.
Our meal at brovaria was 5 star and would have cost more than double in the uk.
They're home made honey beer has left me craving,especially coming back to the uks awful ale.
Trust me you wont be disappointed.

Our earnest research into Polish brewing techniques was satisfactorily concluded here. Put it that way!

In my opinion Poznan's rynek can give Krakow's a run for its money. And less stags!

Loved sampling some of these beers on the square. Just about managed to walk back to my hotel with my dignity intact..!

This was great! Can't imagine there are many micro-breweries in Poland. This is definately the place to come once you're sick to death of all that gassy Polish lager.

lovely bar, this bar and vikingow are the two best bars in town ( even though i didn't get through them all). nice beer, the famous honey beer wasn't what i expected but was still nice
