Animation Theatre

|
This venue has been charming families and children alike since it first opened at the close of the second world war, as an old-fashioned puppet theatre.
Since then, times have changed - as has the theatre's name - and now it is one of the best known animation theatres in Poland, right up there alongside Krakow's internationally-renowned Groteska.
Poznań's animation theatre strives to present its own ideas in innovative ways, and has won awards at several festivals.
The repertuar is rich and varied, and appeals not just to youngsters, but to those adults who still believe there is just a little magic in the world. |
